We are Starbright Community

A 501(c)3 non-profit corporation working to connect neurodiverse individuals and families with helpful resources as well as each other through our in-person events and our digital network.

What does Starbright Community do?

1. Retreats and Conferences

We organize in-person learning retreats and conferences. These events help families connect with each other and neurodiverse resources. We aim to provide unique presenters that are neurodivergent professionals that not only share their stories but provide much needed perspectives for all of us to learn and grow.

2. Learning Together

We create bespoke programs to address the learning and development needs of individuals with neurodiversity. We also deliver programs for professionals that provide education, training and workforce development support specifically tailored to neurodiverse needs. We gather experts and professionals that bring unique experience, current research and best practices.

3. Building Communities

We are building a digital network of national and local resources that support neurodiverse individuals and families in new and better ways.

Our digital network will make it easier to learn from others around the world who have relevant and shared experiences, while also making it easier to learn about helpful resources in your own community.

What is our inspiration?

We know that there are many wonderful people that want to collaborate and help others to make life better for all. We seek a multitude of organizations and people that support innovative and creative ways to enhance understanding and acceptance of neurodiversity in all settings. We aim to not only bringing those resources together, but to better connect individuals and families to helpful resources locally, nationally, and internationally.

“If every single person who has liked you in your lifetime, were to light up on a map, it would create the most glitteringly beautiful network you could imagine. Throw in the strangers you’ve been kind to, the people you’ve made laugh, or inspired along the way and that star-bright network of you would be an impressive sight to behold. You’re so much more than you think you are. You have done so much more than you realise. You’re trailing a bright pathway that you don’t even know about. What a thing. What a thing indeed.”
